*Finish homework duotang by Friday. This is the last homework duotang for this year. We will be doing a review of all 130 sight words over the next couple of weeks.

Curriculum Night
We had a great time at our first ever preK-2 Curriculum Night. Thanks to all the parents, grandparents, and students who came out to explore the fun we can have with math and language arts.

Welcome to the wonderful month of May. I can't believe we only have 8 weeks left of school! This year has just flown by.

*Practice spelling words for a test on Thursday (saw, draw, awful, Saul, autumn)
*Finish homework duotang by Thursday.
*Read a book each night and record in your reading log! Our top reader so far has read over 300 books! Keep reading and see if you can catch up to him.

*May 4: Jump Rope for Heart (make sure you have brought back in your pledge envelopes)
*May 5: Early dismissal at 1:30 for K-2 and 2:30 for 3-12 (so all teachers can catch the ferry)
*May 6: Subject Council day across the province for all teachers, so no school for students.
*May 8: Mother's Day
