Class Pet

We have stick bugs as our class pet. Right now we have one big one and one baby one, and a few eggs. They look just like a stick when they stay still, and their feet stick to whatever they are climbing on. They eat romaine lettuce.

Welcome to School!

We had a wonderful, but hot first day of Kindergarten! Please feel free to dress your child in shorts and t-shirts, and just send a sweatshirt and pants they can pull on if it happens to cool off.

A lot of information came home tonight in the Agendas. Please read through everything, and fill out/sign anything that needs to come back. Thank you to all the parents who brought in the school supplies this week!

I couldn't decide which group picture was best, so I put in all three. It sure was difficult to get everyone looking and smiling at the same time, but they are cute!

In our K-5 Assembly today, we met Jackson's service dog Grace.

At the end of the day, we had some free time to play with the toys. There was a lot of building going on, and cooperation too!
