We had a great day today for Field Day! The students were outside all day, and participated in 15 different activities! Great job everyone!

Field Trip Fun

We had a fun time this morning on our field trip to the Grand Manan Whale and Seabird Research Station and Pettes Cove Beach. What a lot of treasures to explore!

Busy month of June!

Homework:
*Read a book each night and record in Reading Log.
This is the last week for Reading. I will collect the Reading Logs on Monday so that I can make up certificates for the students.
*All library books should be returned ASAP.
*Don't forget to sign up for the Summer Reading  Program at the Library!

The Merry Month of May

 

Congratulations to the Cast of "Peggy the Pint Sized Pirate" for their outstanding performance at the Regional Elementary Drama Festival!

 

We told the K-2 students about our "win" from 100 Women Who Care. They are pretty excited to hear of our plans to put in a concrete pad and hopefully a basketball net (instead of the flooded, mucky or icy corner) in the playground where they can skip, play ball or floor hockey, and mark with chalk.
