Grade 2 Homework:
*Read a book or chapter each night. Bring in your reading log at least once a week for me to check.
*Finish homework duotang by Friday.
*Practice spelling words for test on Friday: bring, carry, saw, soon, wish, grow, light, round, sing, full.

*May 24-31: Grade 2 Assessments (please make sure your child is here these days and well rested)
*May 30: Book Orders Due (last ones for the year)
*June 1: Fun Day!
*June 4: Super Hero Day
*June 5: Hawaiian Beach Day
*June 6: Blue/Gold Day and Black Light Theatre
*June 7: Twin Day
*June 8: PJ Day and Bike Rodeo
*June 11: Show and Tell
*June 13: PreK Orientation Day (next year's kindergarten students come to school for the day, so Mrs. Wetzel's kindergarten class and Mrs. Jones' grade 2 class stay home because the new students will be in these classes.)
*June 15: Field Day (Bring $3)
*June 17: Baccalaureate at Central Wesleyan Church at 2:30
*June 18: Grand March at 8pm
*June 19: Graduation at noon (full day of school for K-8)
*June 20: K-2 Field Trip to the Anchorage
*June 21: Field Trip Raindate
*June 22: Last Day for Students
